Stop Snoring Exercises Part 1
In this article we will reveal a few
exercises that can help your snoring. Some of these exercises
may seem a bit strange, some of them may seem silly.
But all of them can help to reduce your
snoring. So let’s get started.
Firstly, these exercises work on the
fact that if you focus on exercising the area of your body that
is causing the snoring, then you will see results.
And the area that causes snoring is
mainly your throat. Some of the exercises will involve making
funny sounds… which may seem strange… but stick with it, and
see if it helps.
There’s nothing to lose by
trying.
Many of the exercises here are
similar to the exercises a professional singer uses to keep
their throat, jaw and tongue in good working order so they can
do their job properly.
These exercises can also help you with
your snoring.
Here’s the first exercise: Open and
close your mouth to the full extent possible (you should do
this slowly, not with sudden movements. You don’t want to cause
yourself damage).
Here’s the second exercise: Push your
lips out as much as you can, and hold this pose for a few
seconds. You may want to do this when they aren’t any people
around, so you don’t look nuts.
