Here’s the first exercise: Open and close your mouth to the full extent possible (you should do this slowly, not with sudden movements. You don’t want to cause yourself damage).

Here’s the second exercise: Push your lips out as much as you can, and hold this pose for a few seconds. You may want to do this when they aren’t any people around, so you don’t look nuts.
