Let’s carry on with the exercises. Press your lips together firmly. You may feel some kind of movement in your throat, or you may not. Either way, it will help over time. Again, hold these poses for a few seconds. Around 5 should do. Here’s the next exercise: Do the same as the previous exercise, but part your lips ever so slightly and draw in a little bit… think of the action you make to take a sip of a drink. You may feel a slightly different movement inside your throat when you do this. You will be feeling the part of your throat that the exercise is suppose to firm up.
