Here’s another tip: Keep your sleeping to a regular schedule. This means going to bed at the same time every day. Your body likes regularity. By doing this it is likely you will have an easier night’s sleep. This also applies to waking up, too. Try to avoid oversleeping. You may want to take the time and effort to make yourself a sleep diary, too. What’s a sleep diary, you ask? Simply this: You keep a diary of the time you went to bed, the time you woke up, the total amount of hours you were asleep, how good the quality of sleep was (number from 1 to 10 will suffice), the food or drink you ate before you went to bed, any drugs or medication you may have taken etc. Basically, keep a diary of anything that may have an impact on your sleep (and your snoring, too). After doing this for a few weeks or so, you may start to see patterns that lead to more or less snoring, and better or worse sleep.
Not only can this help your snoring, it will improve your sleep too. |
