One way is to have your partner watch
you while you’re sleeping, and tell them to see if you have any
episodes of disrupted breathing.
You can also see if you wake with a dry
mouth when you wake up… or if you’ve slept for many hours but
still feel tired (because you were waking up without
realizing).

Apnea… you need to go see your doctor straight away, as your
doctor is the one who can find the best treatment for you. You
may have to visit a sleep clinic to have your sleep patterns
